Common Questions Regarding Solar:

What is the total cost for solar? What do the monthly payments look like? How many years will I have to pay for solar?

Our total cost for solar systems ranges anywhere between $15,000 and $29,000. However, we offer financing options to make solar energy even more affordable for homeowners! Through our financing program, you can choose to finance the solar system for 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, or 25 years. Out of these options, our most popular plan is 20 years. As far as monthly costs go, it is all dependent on your system's size. We have had customers pay as low as $79.99 monthly for solar energy!

Is there a qualifying credit score? What if I have bad credit?

Within our solar program, it is recommended that you have a credit score of 650 or above to qualify. However, we do offer alternative plans without credit to help our clients wanting to make the switch.

What is the warranty of the solar program?

Our solar system has a warranty of 25 years.

Does this program qualify with the solar tax credit?

Yes! Currently, with our solar program, you get a 26% Federal Solar Tax Credit. This tax credit will be ending soon, so make sure to book your appointment to receive even more savings! There are also more incentives for the state of Florida and these policies can be viewed here.

Can the credit be used to pay off the premium?

It sure can! The credit you receive in rebates can definitely be used for the credit made from the purchase of the solar system.

How much is maintenance of the solar panels?

There is no maintenance required! All of our solar panels are self-sustainable!

Why can't I qualify as a renter?

In order to qualify for solar energy, you must be a Florida homeowner that pays over $100 in utility bills. We are unable to offer our program to renters given that the individual purchasing the program must own the property, and be able to sign all documents for the property.

How can I qualify for the solar program if I own a mobile home?

In order to qualify as a mobile homeowner, you must own both the mobile home and land the mobile home is situated on. You must also have monthly utility bills that are over $100.

Does this work for residential?

Yes! As long as you are a Florida homeowner with a monthly utility bill of over $100, you qualify for solar energy!
